Hi there! Thank you for choosing us to sell your new and gently used styles to.

Please arrive promptly at your scheduled appointment. If you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment will be automatically cancelled and we will not be able to accept your items. We ask that you limit the # of totes/bags you bring to 2. This allows us to maintain quick processing times. We will not accept more than 2 per appointment.

We are currently looking for spring/summer items for adult women, teens, and children (boys and girls). We search for on trend items that will sell quickly through our store. As our store continues to grow, we are becoming more selective on items we accept.

We do not accept items that are noticeably worn, stained, ripped, etc.

Offers are non negotiable, we do not provide breakdowns of what we payout per item. Offers made are overall for the items we are able to accept.

Offers are paid out in cash. 

Items must be picked up by closing the same day you drop off. If items are not picked back up by closing the same day you drop off, we will process your items in store and donate anything remaining.

Booking this appointment means you have read and understand these terms/conditions. Due to high cancellation and no shows - we now require a non refundable $5 booking fee that will be returned back to you as a store credit after your appointment.

Rescheduled appointments must be made 2 days in advance.
